As part of hiring, candidates may be asked to complete an OnDemand pre-recorded interview. A staff member will review the completed interview and share next steps.

A bachelor’s degree in a relevant analytical or quantitative field such as engineering, mathematics, computer science, health science, or a similar discipline, along with at least three years of professional or research experience in data science, will be considered.
Preferred candidates will hold a master’s degree or PhD in a relevant field and have at least one year of professional or research experience in data-related work. Additional strengths include building predictive models, using advanced statistical modeling, machine learning, or data mining, and supporting departments or committees through consultative work.
The role also calls for experience with problem-solving methods, planning techniques, continuous improvement tools, and analytical software. Candidates should be able to manage multiple priorities, stay current on healthcare trends and enterprise changes, communicate effectively, and demonstrate strong customer focus, time management, and analytical judgment.
