Data Quality Analyst (Document Reviewer) - Remote Contract

Position Overview

This remote contract role involves detailed document review focused on ensuring high data quality and compliance with privacy standards. The work commitment ranges from 10 to 40 hours per week, with compensation between $63 and $119 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze substantial amounts of both structured and unstructured data to verify accuracy and completeness.
• Detect and report data quality concerns and privacy risks, especially related to Personal Identifiable Information (PII).
• Annotate, classify, and redact sensitive data to uphold privacy and regulatory standards.
• Adhere strictly to established workflows and guidelines for data categorization and validation.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to confirm data integrity and validate outputs.
• Maintain comprehensive records of document reviews and actions for accountability.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with the customer’s team.

Qualifications

• Experience in large scale document review, auditing, annotation, redaction, or data classification.
• Exceptional precision and consistency in completing repetitive tasks.
• Knowledge of handling Personal Identifiable Information securely.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for detailed documentation and coordination.
• Ability to follow complex guidelines and apply defined taxonomies effectively.
• Experience conducting QA or validation for extensive data collections.
