About the Role

Responsibilities
- Input, update, and maintain accurate records within internal databases, spreadsheets, and workflow software.
- Verify submitted data for completeness, consistent formatting, avoidance of duplicates, and basic accuracy.
- Systematically organize digital documents adhering to company process standards.
- Clearly communicate progress, missing elements, or anomalies to team leadership.
- Safeguard sensitive customer, applicant, business, and operational information by maintaining confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent attention to detail, strong communication, and organizational capabilities alongside reliability.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment taking ownership and ensuring follow-through.
- Comfortable functioning within a structured corporate setting.
- Proficient in managing documentation, records, systems, and operational tasks with accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude and commitment to established workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
