Role Overview

The Data File Clerk / Data Entry Operator will remotely handle the entry, updating, and organization of digital records with precision. This role supports daily administrative processes by safeguarding data accuracy, protecting sensitive information, and achieving set productivity targets. It suits self-directed, well-organized candidates comfortable with remote work environments.

Responsibilities

Accurately enter data into internal databases and systems.
Examine information to ensure completeness and correctness.
Organize, update, and sustain electronic document repositories.
Scan, upload, and classify digital files appropriately.
Conduct routine data quality audits and rectify discrepancies.
Maintain strict confidentiality of organizational and client data.
Fulfill daily and weekly productivity and quality objectives.
Collaborate with colleagues to address missing or inaccurate data.
Perform other administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent;
Associate degree advantageous;
Prior experience in data entry, clerical, or administrative roles preferred but not mandatory;
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word;
Familiarity with Google Workspace;
Fast and accurate typing skills;
Strong organizational capabilities and excellent time management;
Sharp attention to detail;
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines;
Reliable internet service and a computer suitable for telework.
