Job Summary

Aaratech Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst with experience in the healthcare domain. The role involves analyzing healthcare data, generating insights, and supporting data-driven decisions to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, clean, and analyze healthcare datasets
• Identify trends in patient data, claims, and operations
• Develop dashboards and reports using BI tools
• Collaborate with clinical, business, and IT teams
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance (HIPAA)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, IT, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of Data Analyst experience
• Experience with healthcare data preferred
• Strong SQL and Excel skills

Preferred Skills

• Power BI or Tableau experience
• Knowledge of HL7, FHIR
• Experience with EHR/EMR data
