Data Analyst

Role overview

This contract Data Analyst role sits within the Core Operations team in Sydney. The position focuses on improving operational and compliance outcomes across the ANZ business while also helping make the driver sign-up journey more efficient.

What you will do

• Own and run compliance workflows using Google Sheets and SQL; training will be available for the tools used.
• Take process-improvement projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth delivery.
• Work closely with people across different teams to clear blockers and keep initiatives moving.
• Assist with driver access work, review fluctuations in key metrics, and collaborate with Product on onboarding enhancements.

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of experience in analytical problem-solving, working with data in Excel or Google Sheets and SQL, and delivering projects.
• Clear and confident communication skills, with a track record of handling stakeholders effectively.
• A proactive problem-solver who performs well in environments that change quickly.
• Someone who takes ownership seriously and makes decisions with a data-first approach.
