About the Team
DashMart is a physical convenience store supported by DoorDash technology, offering customers the ability to order everyday essentials and specialty gourmet items through the DoorDash app. Our selection ranges from widely recognized brands to unique local artisan products catering to community tastes.
Role Overview
- Pick and pack customer orders received through the app, preparing them for delivery by drivers.
- Manage inventory by stocking incoming goods, monitoring product shelf life, and handling spoilage promptly.
- Maintain an orderly and clean warehouse environment to optimize workflow and safety.
- Enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring any item substitutions are approved by customers before finalizing orders.
Work Schedule
Shift options include morning, day, evening, weekends, as well as part-time roles.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive hourly wage of $18.65 CAD; overnight shifts from 10 PM to 6 AM receive an additional $2 premium per hour.

Candidate Profile
- Self-driven, positive attitude, and a collaborative team member.
- Prior success in retail settings is preferred.
- Ability to remain on feet during shifts and perform warehouse tasks including lifting up to 40 pounds, with or without accommodations.
- Minimum education requirement of high school diploma or GED equivalent.
