Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Team Leader with a background in the Fintech industry or similar environments, such as call centers or BPOs, who has established skills in team supervision and development. This role demands leadership capabilities and technical knowledge to manage customer relations effectively.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and coach customer support teams to achieve performance goals and enhance team dynamics.
- Manage daily operations within the customer service department to ensure efficient workflow.
- Handle customer escalations professionally, providing timely resolutions.
- Analyze team performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements.
- Drive process improvements to optimize customer support functions.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and maintain high service quality.
Experience and Qualifications
- Proven track record in customer service or related functions within the Fintech sector or call center/BPO settings.
- Demonstrated experience in supervisory or team leadership roles.
- Preferred experience working in Fintech or Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFC) is a plus.
- Technical proficiency with modern Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
Compensation
Monthly salary range: 35,000 to 42,500 INR.
