Job Overview

The company is seeking a proactive and client-oriented Customer Support Executive to handle client communications concerning IT service and digital marketing projects. The professional will serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments to guarantee smooth project workflows and satisfactory client experiences.

Responsibilities

Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Collaborate closely with IT and Digital Marketing teams to gather project updates.
Accurately capture and document client requirements.
Provide clients with consistent updates on campaign and project performance.
Manage new client onboarding processes.
Monitor project schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
Address and resolve client complaints professionally.
Maintain up-to-date CRM entries and client databases.
Follow up with clients to gather feedback and handle contract renewals.

Requirements

Proficient communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts including SEO, social media, and advertisements.
Fundamental understanding of IT services such as websites, applications, and software.
Strong ability to coordinate and follow up effectively.
Familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets.
Experience in client handling is preferred.
