Work Details

• Work six days per week with rotational shifts
• One rotational weekly off, totaling six days off each month
• Shifts last nine hours, including a one-hour break
• Night shifts are applicable for male employees only
• Performance-based incentives are provided
• Immediate joining preferred

Role Responsibilities

• Engage with customers through calls, chats, and emails using assigned leads
• Address and resolve customer inquiries efficiently across multiple communication channels
• Convert leads into confirmed sales
• Maintain and update the lead database accurately
• Develop and sustain strong relationships with customers
• Meet sales targets and actively contribute to revenue generation

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent communication skills coupled with persuasive abilities
• A proactive, sales-oriented approach
• Capability to function effectively in a target-driven work setting
