Role Overview
The Customer Success Advocate position is a full-time, on-site role located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. This position centers on assisting automotive clients who use KarKeyUSA.com, ensuring seamless processes for placing orders, tracking shipments, and receiving OEM-experienced components. Key daily duties include addressing customer questions, resolving order and product concerns, and proactively engaging with customers to drive satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Swiftly respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues regarding orders and product details.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and logistics teams to effectively meet customer requirements.
- Offer product guidance and contribute to improving customer experience and internal processes.
- Maintain accurate customer records and monitor account health indicators.
- Provide feedback to enhance KarKey USA's services and digital tools.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills to build trust and foster professional relationships.
- Experience in customer service focused on support, satisfaction, and expectation management.
- Capable of identifying at-risk customers and implementing strategies to increase loyalty.
- Strong analytical capabilities to interpret customer data, detect trends, and suggest process improvements.
- Previous exposure to automotive, eCommerce, or customer-facing roles is advantageous.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site collaborating with cross-departmental teams in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, with proficiency in CRM or similar customer support software.
