Customer Service Representative - International Voice Process

About the Role

We are seeking Customer Service Executives to join our international voice process team. This position involves handling inbound customer calls by addressing both technical and non-technical issues to deliver exceptional service. Candidates will be responsible for understanding customer problems, providing accurate solutions, maintaining detailed call and customer records, adhering to company protocols, and achieving daily performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound customer queries regarding a range of technical and non-technical concerns.

• Record and update customer information and call details accurately.

Candidate Profile

• Fresh graduates and undergraduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
• Possess problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze situations critically.
• Basic understanding of technical troubleshooting is preferred.
• A positive, customer-focused mindset is a must.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with MS Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is advantageous.
• Applicants with 6 months of experience in international or domestic customer service, particularly BTech or BE graduates, are also welcome.

Additional Details

• Process Type: International Customer Support (Voice)
• Compensation: Annual CTC between 300,000 and 400,000 INR
• Take-home Salary: Approximately 18,000 to 25,000 INR per month
• Work Location: Gurugram or Noida
• Work Schedule: Five working days per week with two rotational weekly offs
• Shifts: Rotational shifts applicable
• Facilities: Transportation service available for commuting to and from work
