Located in Narangba, our team is compact, hands-on, and closely knit with a strong commitment to safety, quality work, and continuous improvement.
Job Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers - ranging from builders to homeowners - ensuring their needs are met promptly and accurately. - Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure when handling multiple problems simultaneously.
- Genuine interpersonal skills; approachable and trustworthy to interact effectively with tradies, builders, and local clients.

Work Conditions
- Full-time role with 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.
- Variable start times between 6am and 8:30am to align with customer schedules.

- Comfortable with computer systems including booking tools, customer relationship management software, and email platforms.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills suited for a fast-paced environment.
- Teamwork oriented, punctual, and open to learning specific industry processes.
