About DP Aviation Partners
DP Aviation Partners Pte Ltd is a specialized Cargo General Sales Agent representing international airlines throughout Singapore and the surrounding region. The company offers expert cargo sales, customer service, and operational support to airlines and freight forwarders. As the company expands, they seek a Customer Service Officer with enthusiasm for customer service and the air cargo sector.
Key Duties
- Accurately and efficiently handle customer booking requests.
- Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries.
- Monitor shipment progress and supply timely updates to customers.
- Maintain precise records for customers and shipments.
- Coordinate closely with airline partners, operations teams, and sales staff.
- Ensure effective coordination of cargo movements and booking procedures.
- Assist customers in resolving shipment-related questions and problems.
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
Requirements
- Possess at least NITEC, GCE 'O' Level, Diploma, or a comparable qualification.
- Experience in air cargo, airlines, logistics, freight forwarding, or customer service is a plus.
- Entry-level applicants with a positive mindset and eagerness to learn are encouraged.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with particular emphasis on Excel.
- Strong focus on detail and capability to thrive in dynamic work settings.
- Highly self-driven, accountable, and client-oriented.
