About the Role

Join Shaadi.com's Personalised Service team as a VIP Consultant dedicated to providing exceptional service to high net-worth individuals on the VIP Shaadi platform. You'll serve as the trusted relationship partner for VIP members, ensuring each interaction is personalized, empathetic, and supportive throughout their matchmaking journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for VIP Shaadi members after their subscription, understanding their preferences and assisting in identifying ideal matches.
• Proactively connect with high-quality potential matches on behalf of clients and arrange consensual meetings.
• Manage timely subscription renewals and maintain ongoing engagement with members throughout their journey.
• Provide guidance, counseling, and support to members as a committed partner in their search.
• Maintain high standards of service with accurate documentation and prompt resolution of any issues.
• Handle escalations maturely with a solutions-oriented approach.
• Respect and navigate diverse cultural practices and preferences in all communications.
• Consistently surpass expectations to uphold the VIP service promise.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, client servicing, or relationship management roles.
• A genuine enthusiasm for connecting with people and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• High emotional intelligence, empathy, and patience coupled with persuasive communication abilities.
• Fluent and confident communicator in English and at least one Indian language (preferably Marathi).
• Self-driven with a strong commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
