Customer Service Associate

Overview

We are seeking candidates for the position of Customer Service Associate tasked with handling international customer support through voice calls for US clients. Immediate joining is required for this role based in Airoli, Thane, Vashi areas of Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

Addressing and resolving consumer complaints, concerns, and issues effectively via live phone interactions.

Work Schedule and Location

• Shift timings from 6 PM to 6 AM
• Two rotational weekly days off
• Work location: Airoli, Thane, Vashi (Mumbai)

Compensation Details

• Level 1 salary range: ₹18,000 to ₹25,000 monthly plus performance-based incentives and variables
• Level 2 salary range: ₹18,000 to ₹40,000 monthly plus performance-based incentives and variables
