Customer Service Assistant - Van Sales Representative

About the Role

Join Tasty Fresh Food Co. as a Van Sales Representative delivering breakfast, lunch, and morning tea directly to Australian workplaces. This role offers a stable Monday to Friday schedule with early start times, allowing for a balanced lifestyle. You will manage your own route servicing warehouses, factories, worksites, and offices, providing excellent customer service and promoting healthy food options. The position offers two pay options: a casual rate of $38.62 per hour or a permanent contract at $30.90 per hour, both guaranteeing at least 36 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Arrive daily around 6am to prepare and stock an advanced, automatic lunch van.
• Drive safely and confidently to a set list of regular stops, making approximately one stop every five minutes.
• Engage with customers through efficient transactions and friendly interactions.
• Promote products to maximize sales with eligibility for a generous incentive bonus and promotional rewards.
• Complete stock count, unpacking, and cash reconciliation at the depot after the route before finishing early afternoon.

Requirements

• Hold a current full driver’s license; provisional or P-plate licenses are not accepted.
• Exhibit professional customer service skills with reliability and motivation to excel.
• Have confident and safe driving abilities to navigate the daily route successfully.
