Key responsibilities

  • Review customer conversations from phone, email, SMS, and social platforms to uncover recurring issues, trends, and opportunities for service improvement.
  • Translate customer feedback into clear, actionable insights and share important issues with engineering and support teams through reports and dashboards.
  • Plan and execute engagement initiatives powered by data, including email, push, SMS, and social media campaigns aimed at improving platform usage.
  • Oversee social media communication using internal automation tools so that customer questions and brand interactions are managed efficiently.
  • Work closely with teams across the business to improve onboarding experiences and reduce the time taken to resolve support tickets.
  • Create dashboards and reports that track customer satisfaction, engagement, and retention performance.

Requirements

  • HND or bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Between 1 and 2 years of experience in customer operations, customer experience, or an analyst position.
  • Strong analytical ability with good commercial awareness.
