About the Role

Role: Customer Support Executive
Shift Timings: Any 9-hour shift between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM
Weekly Off: Rotational Schedule
Salary: ₹18,000 take-home per month

Eligibility Requirements

Mandatory experience of 6 months to 1 year in customer support roles
Only candidates with prior experience are eligible
Minimum educational qualification: Completion of 12th grade (10+2) or graduation
Strong communication skills a must
Requirement of Versant English proficiency at Level 4 or 5
