Job description
Company Overview
Position available at Alorica for Customer Support roles in international voice processes including ONE PAY, CREDIT ONE, and NRG.
Job Location and Schedule
The workplace is located in Bellandur, Bangalore. The position involves working US rotational shifts with a schedule of 5 working days followed by 2 days off. A one-way cab facility is provided for commuting convenience.
Job Responsibilities and Requirements
- Candidates must have excellent English communication skills.
- Applicants should be either freshers or possess a minimum of six months experience in international voice processes. Domestic, AR Caller, and non-voice experience will not be considered.
- Educational qualification should be minimum PUC or graduation.
- Immediate joining is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary ranges from ₹21,000 to ₹26,000 fixed depending on the role.
- Night shift allowance amounts to ₹4,000 per month.
- Additional attendance bonus of ₹500 is included.
- Attractive incentives are also provided.
