Customer Assistant

About the Role

Join us as a Customer Assistant and embark on a rewarding journey, whether you're taking your first step into employment or seeking a fresh challenge in retail. Reporting to the Assistant or Store Manager, you'll work onsite performing a variety of tasks such as operating tills, advising customers, and managing the back shop.

• Provide outstanding customer care by actively listening and offering knowledgeable advice on products.
• Recommend items customers might not have considered and offer baskets to enhance their shopping experience.
• Promote in-store deals and schemes to inform and benefit customers.
• Support smooth store operations by ensuring product displays are well-stocked, delivering excellent service at tills, and assisting with stock management in storage areas.
• Collaborate with your team to maintain a clean and welcoming store environment that instills pride.

What You’ll Need

Comprehensive training will be given to successful candidates. We are seeking individuals who can thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced atmosphere, communicate and listen well, enjoy teamwork, and understand that small acts can significantly enhance customer interactions. A genuine passion for representing the Boots brand and aiding customers in finding ideal products is essential.

While prior customer service experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
