This position, Custodial Worker III, involves leading and performing a variety of custodial duties to maintain cleanliness and safety within the facility. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate workflow and quality checks; meet with supervisors and shift leads daily to address special cleaning demands and project continuity.
  • Conduct facility inspections to assess cleanliness and condition; allocate or carry out special cleaning assignments as needed.
  • Respond to work orders, building reports, and staff requests to prioritize tasks and ensure prompt issue resolution.
  • Help coordinate and perform specialized cleaning during academic breaks or holidays.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with modern cleaning techniques, products, chemicals, and equipment operation.
  • Knowledge of hazardous material handling and disposal.

Additional Information
