Job description
Role Overview
The Credit Control Officer will be responsible for overseeing the management of credit controls and receivables to ensure prompt payment collections. This position involves actively monitoring outstanding invoices, resolving any billing disputes, and maintaining healthy customer relationships to enhance cash flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee management of receivables and credit controls.
- Ensure payments are collected timely from clients.
- Track and monitor outstanding payment balances regularly.
- Address and resolve any discrepancies or disputes related to billing.
- Generate and maintain financial and credit reports as required.
- Engage with customers proactively via calls and emails to follow up on payments.
- Develop and nurture positive relationships with customers to improve cash flow.
