Role Overview

Skin Design London seeks a commercially focused Creator Commerce & Affiliate Growth Manager to expand and nurture our global influencer, affiliate, and creator network. This is a results-oriented role aimed at generating quantifiable revenue via creators and affiliates, while fostering sustainable brand alliances.

Key Duties

Identify and onboard highly effective beauty, skincare, wellness, and lifestyle creators.
Establish and maintain long-term ambassador partnerships.
Coordinate gifting initiatives and paid collaborations.
Design creator campaigns to support new product launches and retail efforts.
Manage and grow the affiliate programme, recruiting strong performers and optimizing commissions and promotions.
Source and oversee user-generated content (UGC) creators to ensure a steady flow of premium assets for social media, email marketing, website, and stores.
Create detailed creator briefs emphasizing education, trust, and conversion.
Amplify revenue via creators and affiliates by selecting effective partners for paid promotion and collaborating with media teams.
Enhance conversion rates through videos, landing pages, and social proof on product pages.
Regularly report on key performance metrics including creator-driven revenue, affiliate sales, ROI, and customer acquisition.
Analyze creator performance and strategically allocate investment to maximize results.

Candidate Profile

Minimum of 4 years specializing in influencer marketing, affiliate programs, or creator commerce.
Background in premium beauty, skincare, or luxury sectors.
Established network of creators primarily in the UK and US markets.
Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated revenue-driving successes.
Analytical mindset with expertise in data-driven decision making.
Familiarity with Shopify, affiliate and influencer platforms, plus analytics tools.
Genuine enthusiasm for luxury skincare, aesthetics, and wellness industries.
