Role Overview
Earth Breeze seeks a Creative Strategist to spearhead the strategic direction of our paid social advertising campaigns. This role involves conceptualizing what is produced, understanding why it should succeed, and optimizing it post-launch to enhance performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and lead creative testing cycles by developing hypotheses grounded in data and prioritizing concepts based on evidence and likely impact.
- Create fresh hooks, narratives, scripts, and advertising formats to continuously fuel creative initiatives.
- Craft detailed and precise briefs guiding creatives, editors, and designers from initial concept through to call-to-action.
- Analyze customer feedback, competitor advertisements, and online commentary to discover insights and effective messaging angles.
- Monitor key metrics such as hook rates, engagement duration, click-through rates, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition to detect winning strategies and evolve creative approaches accordingly.
- Maintain a high volume of creative output with rapid iterations to stay ahead of audience fatigue.
- Work closely with editors, content producers, and media buyers on a weekly basis to ensure smooth creative production schedules and ongoing testing.
- Directly edit and produce video content using software like Premiere or CapCut to enable quick creative turnarounds.
Candidate Profile
- Possesses strong instincts for direct-response marketing and a deep understanding of factors driving ad conversions.
- Combines creative sensibility with practical execution skills.
- Communicates effectively to motivate creators and deliver clear, actionable guidance.
- Employs a systematic and analytical methodology for testing and refining creative assets.
- Understands eCommerce customer behavior and sales funnel dynamics.
- Collaborates easily with various stakeholders including editors, creators, and media buyers.
Experience and Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience crafting or directing creative strategy for paid social ads in DTC or eCommerce environments or agencies.
- Demonstrated success in generating creative content that achieves measurable performance improvements (e.g., CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS), beyond aesthetic appeal.
- Proven ability to develop creative briefs and implement structured testing frameworks.
- Proficiency with analytics platforms such as Motion, Northbeam, and Triple Whale.
- Hands-on experience with video editing tools (e.g., Premiere, CapCut) to support rapid production cycles.
