Primary Duties

  • Transport specimens, supplies, and reports promptly and safely while maintaining specimen integrity throughout diverse driving conditions in both rural and urban settings during day and evening shifts.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for LifeLabs by displaying professionalism, reliability, and positive customer interactions at every engagement.
  • Use LifeLabs digital tools to complete online trainings, read communications, and manage timecards efficiently.
  • Resolve any customer-related concerns courteously to ensure satisfaction and uphold LifeLabs’ reputation.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Minimum education level of a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Possession of a valid Class 5/G or equivalent driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • At least three years of experienced driving.
  • Physical capability to lift and handle items up to 50 pounds safely.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
  • Ability to adhere to a specified route and demonstrate flexibility to accommodate shift changes, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.

Additional Information

  • Employment type: Permanent full-time position.
  • Work location: Various shifts across Regina, Saskatchewan.
  • Includes shift rotations covering days, evenings, nights, and some weekends.
  • Use of company vehicles equipped with telematics systems to monitor driving behavior.
  • Start date is immediate upon selection.
