Role Purpose
The Talent Coordinator plays a key role in delivering positive experiences to candidates, employees, managers, and vendors by managing various talent-related operations. This includes overseeing recruitment activities, training coordination, communication, and reporting. The role emphasizes proactive service, clear communication, and embodying Liberty’s core values.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage job postings and uphold quality standards.
- Screen applicants and arrange interviews effectively.
- Initiate and monitor background checks for candidates.
- Handle new hire onboarding via HRIS, including communications and resolving issues.
- Review and ensure accuracy of offer letters and recruitment materials.
- Administer Learning Management System activities, including course assignments and enrollments.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to organize content and oversee pilot programs.
- Maintain and configure learning content and LMS settings.
- Gather and analyze training data to support continuous improvements.
- Track completion of mandatory and compliance training requirements.
- Assist with audit requests and reporting related to employee learning records.
- Maintain data accuracy across talent platforms such as LMS, LinkedIn, DISA, HRIS, and internal talent intranet pages.
- Serve as first contact for employee inquiries about learning programs and talent processes, escalating complex issues appropriately.
- Prepare and distribute talent program reports, dashboards, and analytics.
- Execute Talent program communications and support visibility efforts working with partners.
- Maintain ongoing communication with external partners.
Education and Experience
- Strong interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
- Effective project management capabilities with flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities.
- Comfort and proficiency with systems and technologies integral to the role.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, VivaEngage, and SharePoint.
- A mindset oriented toward continuous improvement, operational excellence, and sustainability, aligning with Liberty’s corporate culture.
Compensation
The annual salary range for this position is $65,000 to $90,000, calibrated according to several factors including job responsibilities, candidate experience, education, skills, and geographical considerations.
