Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage construction contracts ensuring alignment with contractual clauses, Railway standards, and project-specific criteria.
• Analyze and approve contractor invoices, variations, claims, extensions of time, and payment certifications accurately and timely.
• Track contract execution, identify potential contractual risks, and propose effective mitigation strategies.
• Maintain comprehensive contract documentation, including correspondence and records, to support audits and resolve disputes.
• Collaborate with Clients, Contractors, and the Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team on contractual issues and prepare regular progress reports related to contracts.
