About the Role

This fully remote position at Outsource Access Careers entails supporting top-tier real estate coaching and training platforms by amplifying their digital presence and growing qualified audience leads. Rather than simply posting content, the role involves transforming expert material into compelling digital assets that enhance brand authority.

Key Responsibilities

• Create captivating short-form video clips (e.g., Reels, TikToks, Shorts) by condensing lengthy webinars and coaching sessions to immediately capture audience interest and demonstrate expert credibility.
• Manage and schedule content posting across major social channels, crafting tailored captions to maintain an active and engaging brand voice.
• Update and maintain ClickFunnels landing pages, lead magnets, and campaign forms to ensure seamless conversion of viewers into potential clients.
• Boost audience interaction by monitoring social media comments and messages daily, segmenting email campaigns effectively, and guiding prospects to the appropriate products.

Candidate Profile

• Self-motivated digital marketer with 1-2+ years experience, ideally working with creators or online coaches, capable of generating a week’s worth of content from a single video.
• Innate visual storyteller with strong attention to detail and a good eye for clean, brand-aligned design in short-form video content.
• Collaborative team player who values ongoing communication and actively contributes rather than just completing assigned tasks.
• Technologically proficient with digital marketing platforms such as Opus Clips, Canva, and ClickFunnels; deeply familiar with social networks including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Equipped with a reliable work-from-home setup and flexibility to operate during North American Eastern to Pacific time zones.
