Consultant ENT

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly qualified and board-certified ENT Consultant to join a prominent hospital in Dubai. The selected professional will showcase clinical expertise in both surgical and non-surgical treatment of ENT disorders, emphasizing multidisciplinary teamwork and patient-focused care.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of ENT conditions including sinusitis, otitis media, hearing impairment, sleep apnea, and tumors of the head and neck.
• Conduct advanced surgical procedures such as tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, septoplasty, functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS), microscopic ear surgery, laryngoscopy, and reconstructive surgery of the head and neck.
• Analyze diagnostic tests like CT and MRI imaging, audiograms, and endoscopic assessments.
• Work collaboratively with audiologists, speech therapists, and other specialists to deliver comprehensive care.
• Provide outpatient consultations and inpatient care guided by evidence-based medical practices.
• Engage in clinical audits, continue medical education activities, and assist in developing departmental guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience

• Must possess board certification in Otolaryngology from recognized bodies such as the American Board or Royal College, or an equivalent certification.
• Holder of DHA medical license or eligible to obtain it.
• At least five years of experience post-specialization within tertiary care or academic hospital environments.
• Experienced in managing both adult and pediatric ENT medical and surgical cases.
• Excellent diagnostic acumen, surgical proficiency, and communication skills.
• Dedicated to ongoing professional development and ensuring patient safety.
