Role Responsibilities
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for contract and temporary roles across various industries and functions.
- Establish and nurture strong client relationships, offering strategic guidance on contingent workforce management and hiring approaches.
- Source and evaluate top-tier contract professionals through networking, referrals, market mapping, and database research.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of immediate and potential contract candidates.
- Identify growth and business development opportunities by expanding current accounts and securing new client partnerships.
- Provide clients with insights on industry trends, talent availability, compensation standards, and workforce planning.
- Handle multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously, ensuring excellent service to both clients and candidates.
- Support the onboarding process, compliance adherence, and ongoing engagement for contractors during assignments.
- Meet individual and collective performance targets within a team-focused, results-driven culture.
Candidate Profile
- At least two years’ experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, business development, or sales-focused roles.
- Proven record in cultivating and sustaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Successful track record in meeting targets in commercially driven environments.
- Excellent skills in stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation.
- Ability to manage priorities effectively, work under pressure, and meet multiple deadlines timely.
- Resilient, adaptable, self-driven, with a problem-solving mindset.
- Expertise in networking, talent pooling, and building sustainable candidate pipelines.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, with strong follow-through capabilities.
