Job Overview

The Site Supervisor cum Foreman is tasked with overseeing daily construction operations and directing site labor to guarantee that tasks are executed safely, punctually, and following approved plans and technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction work activities on site.
• Manage and lead the labor workforce to maximize efficiency and safety.
• Collaborate effectively with engineers, contractors, and suppliers to synchronize work efforts.

• Keep detailed records of daily work progress and labor utilization.
• Ensure correct handling and usage of construction materials and equipment.
• Address and resolve any on-site challenges or issues promptly.
• Provide regular and accurate updates on project status to the Project Manager or Site Engineer.
