The company advances renewable energy projects from late development through construction to long-term operations, delivering subsidy-free clean energy at stable prices to industrial, commercial, and other off-takers across the region. Currently, Rezolv Energy is finalizing 2.3 GW of wind and solar projects across four Romanian and Bulgarian sites, including one fully operational project, one under construction, and two in advanced development stages.

Role Overview

The Community Liaison Officer will be based onsite at the Dunarea wind project in Deleni, Constanţa, Romania. This position focuses on building and maintaining positive relationships between Rezolv Energy and local communities, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Stakeholder Engagement Plan effectively.
• Build and sustain robust relationships with local community members and authorities.
• Arrange consultations, meetings, and informational sessions.
• Communicate project activities, timelines, expected impacts, and mitigation strategies clearly.
• Administer the grievance mechanism by managing complaints and tracking their resolution.
• Investigate and address community concerns proactively.
• Monitor local interests and identify emerging social risks.
• Assist in land access coordination and communication with landowners.
• Support social audits, lender reviews, and compliance with the Environmental and Social Action Plan (ESAP).
• Collaborate with contractors on issues affecting the community.
• Facilitate local community investment and skills development programs.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on stakeholder engagement and grievance management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in community relations, stakeholder engagement, or social risk management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
• Fluent in Romanian with working knowledge of English.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.
• Background in renewable energy, construction, or infrastructure projects is advantageous.
• Knowledge of IFC and EBRD standards is preferred.
