Role Overview

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Edit and improve customer service communications for clarity, consistency, and alignment with corporate policies.
  • Support public engagement campaigns by developing content and materials for surveys and community initiatives.
  • Track and report on performance metrics, such as web and social media analytics.
  • Maintain organized communication records in compliance with departmental and County information management policies.
