Communications Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Communications Manager to join a prominent organization in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will spearhead the development and execution of both internal and external communication strategies, manage media relations, and safeguard the company’s reputation through thoughtful corporate communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to formulate and refine corporate messaging.
• Create and oversee high-quality communications content across multiple platforms.
• Lead engagement with key stakeholders and support critical business initiatives across a varied portfolio.
• Manage crisis communications and implement reputation management tactics.
• Ensure consistency and alignment in messaging across all communication channels.

Candidate Requirements

• Exceptional command of English language, both written and spoken.
• Between 6 to 8 years of experience in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, or Strategic Communications.
• Demonstrated expertise in crisis communication and reputation management.
• Experience working either in a communications agency or in-house communications team.
• Essential experience within a holding company, financial services sector, or corporate environment.
• Proven skills handling executive communications, media relations, and engaging senior stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Candidates must already be residing in Abu Dhabi.

Additional Information
