Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Communication & Connected Sales Coordinator to join our friendly and casual team environment. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, with proven sales and retail experience, especially within telecommunications (Telco) products and services.

Key to success in this role is strong customer service skills, reliable cash handling abilities including EFTPOS/electronic POS system usage, and competence in retail product sales. The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within our consolidated sales team is important, with the capability to remain effective under pressure.

Our stores operate seven days a week in many locations, so flexibility in working hours is required.

Qualifications and Experience

• Previous experience in retail, sales, and/or customer service.
• Familiarity with telecommunication products and services is highly preferred.
