Commercial Manager

Role Overview

The Commercial Manager will be responsible for overseeing the profit and loss (P&L) for the assigned region and reporting directly to the RCPL Business Head. The role involves leadership and management of multiple teams across packing centres, mandis, and logistics to ensure business targets are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the region's P&L and be accountable to the RCPL Business Head.
• Collect daily reports from all Packing Centre (PC) Managers and ensure each centre meets established standards.
• Lead and coordinate the regional workforce operating across packing centres, mandis, and logistics units.
• Achieve daily targets for volume and profit margins in the region.
• Develop strategic plans to manage SKUs and packing centres for enhanced operational efficiency.
• Plan and execute growth initiatives, identifying target markets and scaling strategies.
• Identify and resolve operational errors and issues proactively, continuously seeking system improvements.
• Maintain transparency, accuracy, and effective management of operations.
• Submit daily operational reports to higher management.
