About the Role

Believe Advisory is actively recruiting for the position of Field Executive and Supervisors to join our team specializing in Banking Loan Recovery and NBFC Processes based in Kolkata, West Bengal.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing collection activities within the banking and financial services sector, ensuring efficient loan recovery processes through direct fieldwork and supervising teams.

Eligibility Requirements

• Possession of a valid DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) Certification is compulsory.
• A minimum CIBIL credit score of 650 is required.
• Proven experience in banking loan recovery or within NBFC/BFSI collections.
• Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and team management skills.
