The Opportunity

FutureSight is looking for a Co-Founder & CEO to build and lead Omnex, an AI-first operating system for sellers who run multi-channel ecommerce businesses. This is a founding partnership with meaningful equity upside, not a fixed-salary executive position.

Modern ecommerce operators juggle disconnected tools and manual workflows. Teams selling through Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Walmart, and similar channels often move between multiple dashboards, reconcile inconsistent data, and make continuous decisions around pricing, stock, ads, fulfillment, and customer support.

This space represents a global ecommerce market of more than $1 trillion in annual GMV, with millions of merchants now working across several channels but still lacking a unified intelligence layer for operations.

Market Context

Omnex is designed to replace that fragmented process with an autonomous, multi-agent AI workforce. Rather than adding yet another dashboard, the product is intended to understand the business in real time, reason across all sales channels, and proactively carry out operational choices such as pricing and inventory optimization, ad management, demand forecasting, and customer support coordination.   • Product: work closely with FutureSight’s product and engineering teams to launch the first version and improve it based on user feedback
  • Capital: take the lead on the seed round, with support from FutureSight’s traction and network
  • Team: hire and guide the founding team while shaping the company culture

Co-Founder Profile

The right partner is expected to bring prior startup experience, strong commercial instincts, and a deep understanding of ecommerce operations.
