About the Role

Inizio Engage, partnering with Biogen, a renowned biotechnology company, is looking for a Clinical Educator tasked with providing educational assistance to patients enrolled in specialized healthcare programs. This role involves educating patients about injection techniques for disease-modifying therapies, and informing healthcare professionals and office staff about program offerings using approved materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver patient education on injection techniques and client support services as outlined in the program guidelines.
• Provide accurate disease state and treatment information using only approved materials.
• Complete required training and competency assessments on schedule.
• Maintain professional licensing and adhere to state laws.
• Manage administrative tasks promptly.
• Attend local and national meetings to share knowledge and keep current with developments.
• Ensure upkeep of company equipment and compliance with policies.
• Be accessible during working hours and maintain a valid US driver’s license notifying of any infractions.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Current registered nurse license valid in the applicable state.
• Associate, Bachelor’s, BSN, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Preferred but not mandatory: two years’ experience in the disease area and clinical educator background in pharmaceuticals.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities with capability to address diverse healthcare groups.
• Self-driven, organized, capable of territory management, and willing to travel as necessary.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary range between $85,000 and $157,000 based on experience, skills, and company needs.
