About the Role
Located at 33 Commander Blvd, Scarborough, Ontario, this position involves inspecting and cleaning finished products to ensure they meet the high-quality standards set by Canada Goose. The role requires working under the guidance of the Line/Section Supervisor, following a standardized worksheet for product evaluation and cleaning.
Primary Responsibilities
- Evaluate finished goods to confirm adherence to Canada Goose's first-quality benchmarks.
- Conduct product inspections according to detailed Standard worksheets.
- Identify, document, and input defect information into the company system.
- Meet or surpass daily productivity targets without compromising quality standards.
- Utilize various tools such as air guns, oil sprays, cleaning agents, and clippers for comprehensive inspection and cleaning.
- Strive to achieve or exceed 100% efficiency in daily tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.
- Comply with company regulations, health and safety standards, and professional conduct codes.
Candidate Profile
- Knowledgeable about different sewing and fabric defects is essential.
- Previous manufacturing or apparel industry experience is an advantage.
- Steady hand coordination is critical for inspection and cleaning tasks.
- Exhibits manual dexterity for handling and manipulating finished products efficiently.
- Capable of following detailed instructions, solving problems, and taking initiative to resolve issues.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Attention to detail and understanding of garment construction and quality standards are necessary.
- Proficient in English communication.
