Claims Submission Executive

About the Role

Yashoda Hospitals is hiring a Claims Submission Executive for its Hitech City location in Hyderabad. This position involves visiting insurance company offices, submitting claim documents, and keeping the claim process moving smoothly through timely coordination and follow-ups. The job is field-based and requires regular travel across the city.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel to insurance company offices and hand over claim-related documents.
• Make sure insurance claims are submitted accurately and within the required timeline.
• Stay in touch with insurance representatives to check claim status and document needs.
• Obtain submission acknowledgements and keep proper records.
• Follow up on claims that are still pending, when needed.
• Share updates with internal teams on submission progress.
• Maintain organized documentation and reporting for all claim activities.

Requirements

• Own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving licence.
• Be ready to travel frequently across Hyderabad for official work.
• Have good communication and coordination abilities.
• Know the basics of MS Office and email communication.
• Be able to track records carefully and meet deadlines.
• Experience in insurance claims or field operations is an advantage, but not compulsory.

Eligibility

Any graduate can apply. Both freshers and candidates with prior experience are welcome.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Should be punctual, dependable, and self-driven.
• Should be familiar with routes and areas across Hyderabad.
• Should be capable of working independently and managing daily field visits efficiently.
