Chinese Language AI Trainer

Project Overview

We are looking for fluent bilingual speakers in Chinese and English to serve as expert consultants in our AI Labor Marketplace. This is a part-time, contract-based engagement focusing on evaluating AI-generated Chinese text from a remote location within the United States. This is not a full-time position, but a project-based consultancy where contributors can control their own schedules and use their personal equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assess AI-generated texts for grammatical accuracy and linguistic naturalness in Chinese
• Compare outputs from multiple models to determine the most accurate rendition
• Evaluate translation quality and semantic equivalence between source and output

Qualifications

• Fluent proficiency in both Chinese and English languages

Expected Outcomes

• Completed evaluation assignments with structured rating data
• Clear and concise written justification supporting evaluation decisions

Additional Information

This role requires candidates to be U.S.-based experts. Consultants are compensated per project, with hourly rates representing an estimate of the time to complete tasks. Participants may undertake work for multiple clients as permitted by those clients' policies.
