Role Overview

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will take charge of the technology vision, strategic planning, and the execution of development initiatives at OneConcord AI. This fully remote, full-time position involves leading the design and construction of the unified AI platform, overseeing software development teams, and ensuring the architecture is scalable, secure, and dependable. The CTO will collaborate with product management, operations, security, and client engagement teams to align technological developments with business objectives and market requirements.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Extensive software and product development experience with complex platform projects.
• Expertise in IT strategy and architecture focusing on cloud-native, secure, and highly available systems.
• Proven ability in project management leading cross-disciplinary technical teams to deliver enterprise-level solutions.
• Experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or intelligent automation within enterprise or B2B SaaS contexts.
• Capacity to define and clearly communicate a compelling technology vision aligned with business needs.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and management skills particularly across remote and distributed teams.
• Knowledge of security, regulatory compliance, and governance issues applying to enterprise cloud platforms.
• Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical disciplines, or equivalent relevant experience.
