Key Responsibilities
- Lead global operations aligned with Foodhub’s strategic growth goals.
- Translate company vision into clear, actionable operational plans with defined KPIs and accountability mechanisms.
- Improve operational efficiency, scalability, and continual advancement across all markets.
- Collaborate with the CEO and executive leaders to develop and execute comprehensive company strategies.
- Supervise daily operational activities worldwide ensuring uniformity, high performance, and regulatory compliance.
- Streamline workflows, systems, and processes to facilitate rapid expansion and operational stability.
- Ensure seamless interdepartmental collaboration among technology, customer support, finance, and commercial teams.
- Monitor and enhance operational performance to boost productivity and service quality.
- Develop and monitor key operational metrics, ensuring effective performance management.
- Foster accountability among regional and functional heads to meet targets.
- Identify risks and opportunities proactively, implementing solutions for optimal outcomes.
- Conduct frequent business reviews with senior stakeholders.
- Build and manage a high-performance global operations team promoting a culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Support leadership growth and succession planning within operational roles.
- Advise CEO and senior management on organizational design and operational structure.
- Manage development and deployment of scalable operational systems and frameworks supporting global market entries.
- Promote data-driven decision-making, automation, and technology integration for efficiency gains.
- Collaborate with finance to oversee budgets, cost management, and operational profitability.
- Identify margin improvement opportunities and optimize resource allocation.
- Ensure operational governance, risk management, and compliance across jurisdictions working alongside legal and regional teams.
- Maintain high standards of operational integrity and accountability throughout the organization.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven track record as a COO or senior operational leader within large-scale global organizations with 1,000+ employees.
- Direct experience in food ordering, hospitality technology, or POS/EPOS sectors is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to scale operations across multiple international markets.
- Background in technology, platform businesses, or fast-growth environments highly valued.
- Success in driving operational efficiency, transformation initiatives, and business growth.
- Strong financial expertise managing budgets and performance indicators.
- Experience leading sizable, diverse, geographically dispersed teams.
- Exceptional skills in stakeholder management and influencing at board and executive levels.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable systems, processes, and infrastructure.
- Degree in business, operations, or a related discipline; MBA or equivalent is preferred.
