Role Summary
The candidate will oversee the comprehensive financial management of the company, including accounting, budgeting, treasury, and strategic planning within the luxury retail sector. This position entails relocating within Tamil Nadu and requires comfort with a six-day work schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all financial functions including budgeting, forecasting, corporate finance, and investor relations.
- Supervise and mentor a finance team to meet business goals.
- Develop and execute financial strategies that foster growth and profitability.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and cultivate strong stakeholder relations.
- Identify and implement cost optimization opportunities through process enhancements.
Candidate Profile
- Possess 18 to 25 years of leadership experience in finance, holding CA qualification.
- Demonstrated success in managing extensive teams across different locations.
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex financial information clearly.
