Role Overview

Café Mode Luxe & Retail is hiring a full-time remote Chief Executive Officer to provide enterprise-wide leadership and steer the organization toward its long-term vision. What You Will Do

• Set the overall direction of the company and translate the vision into clear organizational goals.

• Drive business growth initiatives and support expansion across café, fashion, and retail businesses.

• Use data and performance insights to make informed decisions.
• Share updates, progress, and risk assessments with stakeholders or the board on a regular basis.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication abilities, with confidence in presenting ideas, negotiating, and working with varied stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of administrative support and office operations at an executive level.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to support strong service standards across café and retail activities.
• Good understanding of accounting concepts, including budgets, statements, and forecasts.
• Demonstrated senior leadership experience, preferably in hospitality, retail, or lifestyle brands, with a history of improving growth and operations.
• Strong planning, analysis, and problem-solving skills, with comfort using data to guide decisions.
• Experience leading remote or distributed teams in a virtual work environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related discipline; an MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus, though not mandatory.
