Integral Creative Solutions (ICS) is a retained executive search and staffing firm collaborating with fast-growing and established organizations to locate and place top senior leaders who will drive future growth. We are conducting an executive search for a confidential client to fill their Chief Executive Officer position. Role Overview

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is the highest-ranking executive entrusted with shaping the strategic direction, assembling and guiding the leadership team, guaranteeing sustainable financial results, and fulfilling the company’s mission alongside long-term stakeholder value. Working closely with the board, the CEO influences strategy, culture, governance, and drives company-wide execution.

Key Responsibilities

Define and communicate the vision, strategic priorities, and long-term roadmap of the company.
Translate strategic goals into tangible objectives, key results (OKRs), and operational plans.
Lead and develop an effective and motivated executive team.
Collaborate with the board for alignment on strategy, risk management, and organizational performance.
Ensure corporate governance practices, regulatory compliance, and transparency.
Maintain strong relationships with investors, customers, partners, regulators, and community stakeholders.
Oversee financial health including revenue growth, profitability, cash flow, and capital allocation.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
Lead fundraising initiatives, investor relations, and capital strategies when applicable.
Optimize organizational structure, refine processes, and cultivate a culture that supports scalable execution.
Drive excellence in product/service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Embed data-driven decision-making and accountability throughout the organization.
Attract, retain, and nurture top leadership talent and essential capabilities.
Promote an inclusive, high-performance culture consistent with core values.
Oversee succession planning and leadership development programs.
Identify and mitigate strategic, financial, regulatory, and operational risks.
Implement strong internal controls, cybersecurity measures, and data governance as required.
Act as the primary spokesperson and ambassador for the company brand.
Lead strategic partnerships, alliances, and efforts to expand market presence.
Direct investments in research and development, product innovation, and go-to-market strategies.
Monitor competitors and adapt organizational strategies to maintain differentiation.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with company goals and stakeholder expectations.
Schedule and conduct regular performance reviews with the board and leadership team.

Qualifications and Experience

A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; MBA or other advanced degrees are preferred. Relevant professional credentials may also be considered.
At least 15 years of senior leadership experience with proven success in revenue growth, profitability, scaling businesses, market expansion, and fundraising within relevant industries.
Demonstrated ability to build and lead diverse, high-performing teams along with strong expertise in change management.
Expertise in financial management including profit and loss oversight, balance sheet management, cash flow, and capital markets.
