We are currently inviting applications for various kitchen roles, including:

• Sous Chef
• Junior Sous Chef
• Chef de Partie (CDP)
• Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP)
• Commis ranks 1, 2 & 3

Key Duties

• Prepare dishes in line with brand recipes while ensuring quality standards.
• Guarantee uniformity in food preparation, portion sizes and presentation.
• Maintain tidy and well-organized kitchen workstations.
• Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene and HACCP protocols.
• Assist with managing inventory, handling stock, and minimizing waste.
• Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team to facilitate smooth daily food production.
• Support senior culinary staff in upholding operational excellence and service quality.

Candidate Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a professional kitchen environment, with seniority tailored to the role applied for.
• Background in restaurants, hotels, or other hospitality sectors is preferred.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations is essential.
• Ability to operate efficiently in fast, high-volume kitchen settings.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork capability.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.
• Applicants must be currently residing in the UAE.
