Role Overview

This position is for a Chat Support Executive based in Mohali. The role focuses on handling customer conversations on live chat, resolving queries efficiently, and coordinating with internal teams to close issues smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Reply to customer questions and troubleshoot concerns quickly through live chat channels for customers located across the world.
• Work with the relevant internal teams, such as warehouse or stock control, to speed up issue resolution.
• Create and update customer accounts by accurately entering and maintaining account details.
• Share clear information about products and services, especially for orders, new accounts, and pricing-related queries.
• Suggest suitable products or services by understanding customer needs and reviewing the information they provide.
• Handle product or service complaints by identifying the root cause, explaining the best solution, arranging correction or adjustment, and following up until the matter is resolved.
• Manage several chat conversations at the same time while keeping customer satisfaction high.
• Deal with complaints within set timelines and ensure proper closure through follow-up.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, process customer account details, and organize supporting documents.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the right team when required.

Eligibility

This opportunity is open only to candidates who have at least 1 year of experience and are based in Mohali.

Experience

A minimum of 1 year of experience is required.

Compensation

The annual salary range for this role is INR 2,00,000 to INR 3,60,000.
